JUMP TO BURN FAT

What you need: Skipping rope

Explanation: Lower body dynamic activities not only help you tone up the leg group but research actually shows that jumping activities are one of the easiest ways to burn of excess calories.

The Workout:

 

  Beginner Intermediate Advanced

• 15 Squat Jumps
• 3 minutes rest

• 20 Squat Jumps
• 3 minutes Rest

• 25 Squat Jumps
• 2 minutes Rest

 

• 15 sprint jumps
• 3 minutes rest

• 20 sprint jumps
• 3 minutes rest

• 25 sprint jumps
• 2 minutes rest

 

• Skip for 3 minutes
• 3 minute walking (passive) cool down

• Skip for 5 minutes
• 3 minute walking (passive) cool down

• Skip for 5 minutes
• 3 minute walking (passive) cool down
